Your dedicated care team at Giant Eagle Specialty Pharmacy will coordinate your therapy and take care of refilling your medication for you. Your Patient Care Coordinator will call you the week prior to your next refill, assess your therapy, answer any questions you may have and offer the services of our nurses, pharmacists and dietitian. Your Patient Care Coordinator will schedule your prescription to be processed and inform you of cost and availability. If you are a Specialty customer, our Specialty Team will contact you prior to your refill and schedule pick-up at your local store.
Medicare customers can request refills through phone, Web site, Pharmacy app, or in-store.
